In the 2000s, Yoshihiko performed in a band and worked as a music producer at a sound source production company. After that, he joined Rittor Music Co., Ltd.
He worked as an editor in the editorial department of Keyboard Magazine and Sound & Recording Magazine.

In 2018, he moved to a music production company in search of producing music.
He was also an artist/writer management, label director, and A&R.

In 2021, he became independent in search of further development. He started the music director and writer agent business. He is involved in a wide range of fields, from discovering new writers to artist-related directors, movies and Netflix, radio-related music production, and writing.
